MediTravel Concierge is an independent medical travel and patient concierge service. We provide guidance, travel coordination, logistical support, and curated introductions to third-party medical providers, clinics, wellness facilities, and related service providers.

MediTravel Concierge does not provide medical care, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services of any kind.

All content provided on this Site is intended solely for informational and educational purposes and should not be interpreted as medical advice.

MediTravel Concierge does not:

• —Provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations
• —Practice medicine or healthcare
• —Guarantee medical outcomes or results
• —Replace consultation with a licensed healthcare provider

All medical decisions, treatment plans, procedures, and healthcare services are exclusively between the client and their selected medical provider.

Clients are strongly encouraged to consult directly with qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical concerns or decisions.

MediTravel Concierge may connect users with independent third-party providers, including but not limited to surgeons, physicians, dermatologists, clinics, hospitals, wellness providers, recovery specialists, transportation providers, and accommodation partners.

MediTravel Concierge does not:

• —Employ healthcare professionals providing treatment
• —Supervise medical services or clinical care
• —Guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or outcomes of services provided by third parties

Any medical treatment, agreement, or provider relationship is solely between the client and the selected provider.

Medical procedures performed in Türkiye are regulated under Türkiye's Regulation on International Health Tourism and Tourist Health (Uluslararası Sağlık Turizmi ve Turistin Sağlığı Hakkında Yönetmelik), Regulation No. 42376, issued by the Turkish Ministry of Health on April 26, 2025, which replaced the prior 2017 regulation.

MediTravel Concierge Group provides non-medical concierge, coordination, travel, and referral services. We do not provide, recommend, prescribe, or guarantee medical care. All medical decisions, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and procedures are made exclusively between the patient and the licensed healthcare provider, in accordance with applicable Turkish healthcare regulations.

MediTravel Concierge provides non-medical support services that may include:

• —Accommodation arrangements
• —Appointment scheduling assistance
• —Translation assistance
• —Recovery logistics coordination
• —General informational support

While we strive to provide a seamless experience, MediTravel Concierge does not act as a medical case manager, healthcare provider, insurance provider, or patient advocate.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon or restrict the rights or use of the Site by others.

You may not:
